On Saturday there was a huge war protest march in downtown Portland. Such as it was in cities all over the world as people marked the first anniversary of the US invasion of Iraq.
I missed it, but I can't be everywhere.

Today, we made use of the unseasonably warm weather and took Anika on her first trip to the Saturday Market. Mercifully (for her parents) she slept through most of the outing.
