Once I was in Billings for a conference.  While there I went for a walk with my camera.  Billings is a very industrial town, mostly an oil town.  I stopped at the Conoco refinery and got a security guard very upset by walking onto the parking lot and taking this photo. 
To me, it's the man on the bicycle that makes this photo.
