Today I was walking around at Kelly Point Park.  Located just a few miles north of my home, it is at the tip of the peninsula which separates the Columbia and Willamette rivers.  Kelly point marks the spot mouth of the  Willamette and the tow rivers converge.  From here the Columbia flows north by north west towards Astoria and the Pacific Ocean.
