Every year in late spring, thousands of people come to White Horse, the capitol of the Yukon to take part in the Yukon International Storytelling Festival.  This man was an outside performer.  He was serving as the horn and percussion section of a band playing a sort of jug band type of music.  I was at the festival in 1995.   I am hoping to go again this year.  If I do I will surely photograph it.
